Nicola will keep track of the hours that you have used, and they don’t expire. Time can be used up in 30 minute segments.  If a people issue has cropped up and you’d like clear, practical advice, a Pay As You Go HR Call with Nicola at Holistic HR Consultants is a simple way to get expert support without any ongoing commitment. 1. Pre-Call Preparation Before we speak, you can send Nicola the details of your situation so she can review everything in advance and come prepared with tailored advice for your business. 2. Your HR Advice Call During your 60-minute call (by phone, Zoom or Teams), Nicola will talk through the issue with you, answer your questions and help you decide on the most sensible and compliant way forward. 3. Personalised Follow-Up Support After the call, Nicola can provide additional support to help you put the solution into action. This may include guidance by email, help drafting letters or recommending the right HR documents. If you don’t use the full hour, that’s absolutely fine. Nicola will keep a record of any remaining time so you can use it for further support within the next six months.
