What's included in an HR retainer?
It depends on the plan. Seedling includes phone and email HR advice and monthly check-ins. Steady Grower adds onsite support (half or full day a month), a staff handbook, quarterly planning chats and access to the Breathe online HR portal. The Full Works includes unlimited HR advice with priority access, all HR documents and policies created and maintained, a fully managed staff handbook and automatic changes for legislative updates.
Which retainer plan is right for my business?
It depends on the size of your team and how much help you'd like.
Seedling suits small businesses, start-ups and solopreneurs who want someone to ring or email when a people question comes up, with a monthly check-in to keep things on track.
Steady Grower suits growing teams. As well as advice, you get half or a full day with me on site each month, a staff handbook, quarterly planning chats and access to the Breathe online HR portal.
The Full Works suits established teams who want HR taken off their plate. You get unlimited advice with priority access, and I create and maintain your HR documents and policies and keep your handbook up to date when the law changes.

Yes, you don't need to be local. Most of my advice is given by phone, Zoom or Teams, so I work with businesses all over the UK. If you'd like me on site, that's available in Worcestershire [and nearby areas]. For anywhere else, get in touch and we'll talk about what's possible.
